Originally founded by Prue Leith in 1972, Leith's is now represented by Lime Venue Portfolio, part of the Compass Group.

We are proud to work with some of Britain's most inspiring venues, from historic palaces to museums and concert halls to exhibition centres. With venues across England, Scotland and Wales our service is never far away.

Our food

Whatever the event, we believe that your guests' enjoyment of our food is fundamental to the success of the occasion. Our menus are based on Pru Leith's original philosophy of simplicity and quality, and they combine only the best ingredients to create imaginative, flexible menus for all types of events.

Our signature dishes are simply too exquisite not to be shared, however, each venue has the ability to create its own individual menus. Our experienced chefs delight in working with customers to develop exciting menus for both private and corporate events.

Events

Corporate events
Our professional team is on hand from the initial enquiry stage until after the event and works in partnership with our customers to ensure its success. We can assist with all elements of your corporate event, from space planning to audio-visual requirements, flowers, themed events, entertainment and, of course, food.

Private events
Special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, christenings, retirement parties and Christmas events are made special by the surroundings, food, service and ambience created. Our venue teams will support you from the planning stages to the actual day to ensure a memorable occasion for everyone.
