Our approach to food:
The WhiteOaks approach is to offer a high quality dining experience that meets and exceed legislative nutritional guidelines. Our menus are designed by a team of dieticians to achieve the correct balance for the needs of the body and be nutritionally compliant with statutory guidance, exceeding the standards laid out by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Home-cook:
Our traditional home-cook service is extremely popular. The clients' menu offer will be prepared and plated in the kitchen by our expert teams. Service can either be at the counter by our on-site chef manager or delivered personally by a WhiteOaks host.

Both our Steamplicity and traditional catering operations can cover the full range of menu offers from fine dining to everyday staff, visitor, hospitality and patient catering. We do not adopt a 'one size fits all' approach to catering provision.
