Andrew has been cooking since he was 14. Today he is national executive chef with leading education specialist Chartwells.
After beginning his career as a trainee manager at the Wentbridge House Hotel in Yorkshire, Andrew worked in some of London's top restaurants before joining the graduate programme of Compass Group, Chartwells' parent company, some 20 years ago. He has been executive chef for Chartwells since 2001.
His legendary theatre cookery performances showcase weird and wonderful taste combinations, fascinating demonstrations of food science and enthralling excursions into the history of food.
