Global Kitchen was developed to deliver improved satisfaction to our clients' employees working in extreme environments.
Existing offshore restaurants traditionally lack appeal and warmth - and are often still referred to as canteens. Our challenge was to provide a comfortable, warm and inviting food offer with inspired and tempting menus.
ESS created our Global Kitchen programme. Kitchen is a name that evokes home, with local and traditional values attached. Global confirms our reach as well as our breadth of cuisines and dishes that form part of the concept.
Our award-winning culinary teams produce enticing menus with innovation, care and simplicity. Global Kitchen offers a tantalising selection of authentic dishes from all four corners of the world. Monthly selections include Latina Cantina - a delicious range of TexMex-inspired dishes and Al Forno - the very best flavours of the Mediterranean.
